Computer Training in Bunbury, Western AustraliaJacqui Crummey is the owner of First Class Computer Training, a business dedicated to maximising business and employee efficiency through targeted and concise one-day courses.

After 20 years of teaching various computer programs in corporate, educational and private environments both locally and overseas, Jacqui realised there was a need for flexible and professional computer training in Bunbury and surrounding areas.  Clients include local government, mining companies as well as large and small businesses from surrounding areas.

Before moving to the South West she was based in Perth where she provided contract training to an advanced level for most of the large training organisations including the Australian Institute of Management, ATI Mirage and Wizard Corporate Training.

Some of her assignments involved visiting off-site locations in the mining industry.

Prior to that she worked at a Perth adult education centre; her career also seeing her run a computer consultancy business in the UK and working as a training supervisor for a large oil company in the Middle East.

Jacqui’s qualifications include a Diploma in Education, JEB Word Processing Teacher’s Diploma and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessing.

Jacqui’s skills extend to writing comprehensive instruction and assessment material for colleges and organisations as well as creating Excel and Word templates.
