Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  • Less than 5 working day’s notice – 50% fee applies
  • Less than 2 working day’s notice – 100% fee applies
  • In order to cancel you must advise via email or phone to First Class Training.
  • Attendance substitution is accepted-please notify First Class Training before the course. ‘No shows’ will be charged.
  • First Class Training will confirm cancellations in writing and advise of any fees to be charged under this policy.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of completed registration form.
  • Invoices will be sent when bookings are confirmed.  Payment can be made via EFT, BPay, Post Bill pay, cheque, or credit card.   Contact First Class Training if you wish to make alternative payment arrangements.
  • First Class Training reserves the right to change dates, courses and fees with 5 days notice.
  • Students must satisfy course prerequisites at their own discretion.
